Give the card, and let the recipient arrange the place, date and photographer with Travaya. A group card is emailed once everyone has paid.

Yes. Tell us where they would love their photos taken. We also arrange photographers outside our published destinations and confirm availability and practical details together.
They receive the edited photographs included in their confirmed photoshoot package in an online gallery. The package specifies how many photographs they receive and how long the session lasts.
The gift card is valid for 24 months. For a group gift, it is issued after all contributions have been paid.
Yes, equally between 2 and 10 people, each with their own payment link. The recipient is emailed the card after the full amount has been paid.
Their gift credit goes towards the purchase. They can pay the difference, and any unused credit remains on the card until it is used or expires.
They can use their Travaya credit towards an album, professional prints or wall art instead. These are alternative uses of the credit, rather than extras automatically included with every shoot.
Check the spam folder, then contact Travaya. Once we have verified the purchase, we can resend the existing card.
Gift cards are non-refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Their own neighbourhood, a favourite beach or somewhere they are excited to visit. Travaya can help arrange a photographer across the UK, in the United States, in the UAE and in other destinations. They tell us the place, possible dates and the kind of photographs they love. We help find a suitable professional photographer and agree the details before booking. A particular photographer or date is not guaranteed.

If you pay for the whole gift yourself, you can email the card to yourself or the recipient after payment, schedule it for another day or print the PDF to give in person. A few words about why you chose it can make the card feel even more personal. There is no need to arrange a surprise appointment: they have 24 months to make plans with us.
