The family can share photographs they like and tell us the style of session they would enjoy. Travaya matches them with a carefully selected professional photographer from our trusted network. We can discuss preferences, but cannot guarantee a particular photographer.
No. The family plans the date and place with us after receiving the gift. They can suggest one of our published destinations or another location. We will discuss the practical arrangements and confirm a suitable photographer and available dates before booking.
That depends on the photographer, location and package. The recipients should share the expected group size and relationships before an option is confirmed.
Tell us who they would like to include and the size of the group. We can then look at a suitable session and package for grandparents, grandchildren or an extended family.
The family can tell us which setting they would prefer. We will discuss the home, studio or outdoor options for their location and agree the setting as part of their session.
Sometimes, when the photographer, location and package allow it. The family should mention the pet before the booking is confirmed.
The voucher value is applied first. The family can pay the remaining amount for a larger group, another package, a different setting or optional extras.
If you are paying for the gift yourself, add a message and have the voucher emailed to you or the recipient, choose a delivery date or print the PDF. Group gift vouchers are emailed to the recipient once all contributions have been paid.
The gift credit is valid for 24 months. If the family's plans change, they can use it for another Travaya photoshoot within that period.
Yes. Between 2 and 10 people can contribute equal shares, each using their own payment link. The organiser can follow the payments, and the voucher is emailed to the recipient when the full amount has been paid.
No problem. The value of the Travaya gift card remains available and can also be used for other Travaya products and services, such as a photo album, professional prints or wall art. If so, we will of course be happy to help the recipient with that.
