The gift card is redeemed directly with Travaya. The recipient shares their location, preferred date, photoshoot wishes and preferred visual style, and Travaya matches them with a suitable, carefully selected professional photographer from its trusted network nearby, subject to availability. A specific photographer cannot be guaranteed.
The booking goes through Travaya and is verified with the recipient email address and gift card code.
The gift card credit is applied first and the remaining difference can be paid at checkout.
If the booking costs less than the balance, the remaining credit stays on the gift card until it is used or expires.
It is valid for 24 months from the purchase date.
Yes. The recipient may book a photoshoot for someone else through Travaya using the recipient email address and gift card code for verification.
Check the spam folder and contact Travaya. After verifying the purchase, we can resend the existing gift card.
Gift cards are non-refundable and expire 24 months after purchase, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
No problem. The value of the Travaya gift card remains available and can also be used for other Travaya products and services, such as a photo album, professional prints or wall art. If so, we will of course be happy to help the recipient with that.
