The parents can tell us which photographs and styles they love. Travaya matches them with a carefully selected professional photographer from our trusted network to suit the session they have in mind. We can discuss preferences, but cannot guarantee a particular photographer.
With Travaya, 2–10 people can split the gift equally using a separate payment link for each person. The organiser can track contributions, and the gift card is issued once the full amount has been paid.
There is no single timing rule for every newborn shoot. It depends on the baby, the parents and the style of photographs they would like. Ask them to contact us as early as practical so we can discuss a suitable plan together.
They can tell us if they would prefer a shoot at home, in a studio or another setting. We can also explore locations outside our published destinations. The options depend on the area and photographer, and we will confirm the setting, package and available dates before booking.
Often they can, when the selected photographer and package allow it. The family should mention everyone they hope to include before an option is confirmed.
The voucher value is applied first. The parents can pay the remaining amount if they choose a larger package, another setting or optional extras.
Any remaining balance stays available under the gift card terms and can be used within the validity period.
If you are paying for the gift yourself, add your message and have the voucher emailed to you or the parents, choose a delivery date or print the PDF. Group gift vouchers are emailed to the recipient once all contributions have been paid.
The gift credit is valid for 24 months. A newborn session needs to be planned around the baby's early weeks, so the parents should get in touch in good time. If their plans change, they can use the credit for another Travaya photoshoot within the validity period.
No problem. The value of the Travaya gift card remains available and can also be used for other Travaya products and services, such as a photo album, professional prints or wall art. If so, we will of course be happy to help the recipient with that.
