What would you love to have after the event?

Perhaps it’s a photo of your team showing a client how something works. Perhaps it’s the moment your new product appears, or a room full of colleagues celebrating someone who deserves it. Those are lovely things to come away with, especially when you already know where you’d like to use them.

Before you compare prices, try finishing this sentence: “After the event, we want to show…” You might want clients to understand your service, thank the people who joined you or introduce your company to someone who couldn’t be there. That answer gives the photography a purpose and helps you decide which parts of the day deserve attention.

You don’t need a perfect plan before asking for help. A date, a rough programme and a few clear wishes give us something useful to talk through. Here’s how to turn those ideas into a booking you understand and feel happy about.

How much is corporate event photography in Dubai?

Travaya’s Dubai event photography page lists the following packages in AED, checked on 29 October 2026. They’re our own package prices, giving you a clear starting point for your budget.
Photography bookingListed price in AED
1 hour750
4 hours2,900
8 hours5,600

What do those packages include?

The listed packages include at least 20 high-quality images per hour, with your edited event photographs delivered through an online gallery. The packages also include commercial usage rights, so you can plan to use the photos across your business. We’ll look at the included uses and partner sharing below.

Standard delivery is usually within 48 hours after the event, depending on the scale of the assignment. There’s a paid 24-hour option if you need a faster full delivery. A selection during the event is a separate request to discuss and confirm beforehand.

You can see the current Dubai event photography packages in AED and tell us what you’re planning. Confirm the available booking, agreed inclusions and complete total for your date. Prices from different photographers can describe quite different services, so these examples shouldn’t be read as a market average for Dubai.

If you want clients to understand what you do

Imagine hosting a small client event where someone from your team explains a service, answers questions and introduces the people behind the business. Photos of that explanation and the conversations around it can help other clients understand what you offer too.

Tell your photographer which part of the service people often ask about and when you’ll show it. A consultant might be explaining a process with a simple display; a product specialist might be helping a guest try a feature. You can then pair those pictures with a clear company update: here’s what we help with, and here are the people you can speak to.

For the quote, share the talk or demonstration time, the surrounding welcome and any team picture you’d like. Ask which booking could include that sequence comfortably. You’re giving the photographer a reason for the pictures, which is much more helpful than simply asking for “some marketing photos”.

If part of the discussion is private, say that too. Explain whether a private part should stay out of the photographs altogether, or whether certain images are for an agreed internal audience only.

If you’re exhibiting and want something to follow up with

An exhibition stand can be a little home for your company while you’re in Dubai. You’ve chosen what to show, prepared the team and made a place where people can discover the business. It’s worth deciding which part of that experience you want to bring home in photographs.

If you mainly want a record of the finished stand, tell us when it will be ready and when photographer access is allowed. If you want to explain your product to clients afterwards, the useful window might be a demonstration with someone from the team. For a warmer introduction to the company, you may also want the people who welcome visitors and answer their questions.

These wishes can call for different timings. A picture before opening and a guest presentation several hours later may not fit a short continuous booking. Send both times when you enquire, so the quote can explain the available options. Don’t assume a short visit covers every part of the exhibition day.

Our exhibition stand photography guide helps you choose the pictures themselves. Here, the budget question is which moments need to be included in the booking and what you’ll be able to explain with the photographs afterwards.

If you’re introducing a new product

There’s a lovely moment when something your team has worked on finally becomes real to other people. It might be a reveal, a short demonstration or guests discovering how the product works. You’ll probably want photographs that let people who weren’t there understand what’s new too.

For this kind of event, send the reveal time and the demonstration programme. Mention anyone who needs to appear with the product and when they’ll be available. The booking may need to begin before the reveal if you’d like the finished display and welcome included, or continue afterwards for reactions and conversations.

Be clear about the use you have in mind. Photos of the launch can make a lively company announcement. A separate collection of carefully prepared product pictures for an online shop is a different request. If you want both, include both in the enquiry so the time, preparation and price reflect them.

The same goes for video. A short social clip and a full recording of a presentation are different things to receive. Tell us what you’d actually like to share, then ask about the available photo and video arrangement for your date. It’s easier to compare prices when the final work is described in ordinary words.

Choose the time around the moments you want

The programme is a useful place to start when choosing hours. Look for the first and last things you want in the gallery, then include the time around them. That might mean the room before guests arrive, a speaker’s introduction or the group picture after a presentation.

As an example, imagine a client afternoon with arrivals at 2pm, a talk at 2.30pm, demonstrations at 3pm and conversations until 5pm. If you also want the finished room before arrivals, include that in the timing you send. It’s an example to adapt, rather than a promise that every similar event fits the same package.

An evening reception can be just as important as a daytime session if your aim is to show the relationships around the event. Think about who will be there and what you’d like to share: the team hosting, guests meeting each other or a thank-you picture with a partner. Put those wishes beside the actual evening times.

A booking described as a “full day” still has an agreed duration. If your programme runs from an early welcome to a late dinner, compare the real start and finish with the listed eight hours. Ask how any gap or extra time would be handled before you choose.

What if two important things happen at once?

A keynote in one room and a client demonstration in another can both be useful to your business. Booking a longer day won’t, by itself, put one photographer in both places at the same moment. Share the overlap so the proposed coverage takes it into account.

Sometimes a small change helps. The team picture might move into a break, or a demonstration might have another suitable time. Sometimes you’ll prefer to discuss another photographer, subject to availability, because both activities need attention as they happen.

Ask what each person would cover and which hours are included. Two quotes with different team arrangements may be answering different needs, even if both use the words “conference photography”. Our guide to one or two event photographers looks more closely at that choice.

Compare what you’ll receive for the total

Give each photographer the same programme and wishes. Then read the replies with the planned pictures in mind. A clear quote should show the agreed work, any optional additions and the complete price.

Use these questions as a small comparison sheet. You can put the answers beside each quote rather than trying to remember the differences from several conversations.

Look beyond the number of photographs

It’s tempting to compare two offers by the largest image count. But think about the selection your team will open after the event. You want pictures of the people and activities that matter, with enough variety to tell the story you planned.

A hundred similar views of one session won’t give you a missing product demonstration or a team picture you hoped to send to clients. Ask how the gallery is selected and whether the quoted files are edited. An offer for unedited pictures is different from a collection prepared for you to download and share.

You can also ask about a particular finished picture you need. If a photo will be used in a large display or needs a special change, describe that use before booking. Detailed changes to individual images shouldn’t be assumed from a general promise of editing.

Take a little time with relevant work as well. Ask for a relevant event gallery the photographer is able to share with you. Look at people, presentations, conversations and the quieter details. Can you imagine your own company feeling at home in that kind of gallery? Our event photographer portfolio guide can help you look more closely.

Decide how soon you really need the photos

An early selection can be useful when a company announcement is ready or you want to invite people to visit the stand while the show is open. Write down what needs to go out, which pictures it needs and the exact deadline. That makes the request something we can plan and price.

If the first update needs a product reveal photo that evening, say so when enquiring. The photographer and your team need a clear arrangement for getting it to the right person. Your own approval of the product details or announcement wording is another part of getting the post ready.

If your update can wait for the full gallery, you may not need an extra fast selection at all. Choose the delivery that supports the actual plan. A paid 24-hour delivery option and a few pictures while the event is happening have different timings, so confirm which one the quote provides.

Keep the uses you’re paying for clear

With Travaya’s event packages, commercial use by your company, sponsors and participating event partners is included. That covers websites, social media, PR and press releases, presentations, internal communications, reports and printed materials, without extra licence fees for those uses.

That’s useful when several people have helped make the occasion happen. Your marketing colleague may want a company update, while a sponsor would like pictures of the part they supported. Let us know about those requests so the photography includes something relevant for them.

When comparing another quote, check its own wording for the uses and people you have in mind. Ownership or exclusivity is a separate question from being allowed to use the photos. Our simple guide to event photo usage rights explains Travaya’s included business uses and special requests.

If you need to bring the budget down

Tell us the budget and the part of the occasion that matters most. It’s a useful conversation to have, and you don’t need to dress it up. Perhaps the main aim is to introduce a new service, with the wider evening a pleasant extra. We can discuss a booking centred on the explanation and the people involved.

Review extras through the same question: will someone use this? A video request with no clear purpose or a fast delivery option for an update scheduled much later may be less important to you than photographing the team together. You can choose to leave something out when it doesn’t serve the plan.

Keep essential moments realistic. If the award you care about is at the end of the evening, a booking that finishes before it won’t give you that photograph. Make a shorter plan around an agreed priority and ask what the revised booking would cost. Any different timings, extra person or split visit need their own confirmed arrangement.

Send a request that makes the quote useful

You can adapt this example for your company:

“We’re holding a client afternoon in Dubai on [date] at [venue]. We’d like photos that help clients understand [service or product], introduce our team and show the welcome at the event. The main explanation is at [time], with [demonstration or conversations] afterwards. We’d also like [specific people or group] included while they’re available. Our first and last important moments are [times], across [rooms or locations]. We plan to use the photos for [uses] and need them by [deadline]. Our budget is [amount]. Please suggest suitable coverage and confirm the complete price and inclusions.”

If some details are still undecided, mark them as provisional. Include any photographer entry arrangements you already know about, and say who can answer programme questions. You’ll give us a much clearer picture of the occasion than an enquiry that only says “four hours, Dubai”.

Before you confirm the booking

Read the written start and finish, included work, delivery and complete price together. Check applicable tax and any travel, venue entry or other requested costs. Ask about anything unclear, so the amount you approve reflects the arrangement you want.

It also helps to know the additional-time rate and who from your team can approve more coverage. Extra time depends on availability and agreement. If the event moves date, ask what the booking terms say about rescheduling or cancellation rather than assuming the original arrangement simply carries over.

If your company needs a purchase order or a particular invoice detail, bring that into the conversation before confirmation. Clear payment steps and knowing when the booking is confirmed let you get back to the enjoyable part: preparing a day you’re looking forward to sharing.
