A Lisbon Photoshoot to Celebrate Their Move

After leaving London for Portugal, this Brazilian couple wanted photographs of their new beginning. Their sunrise shoot brought them together beside Belém Tower in Lisbon.

A new home, and photographs to remember the beginning

Moving to Portugal was a fresh start for this Brazilian couple. They had previously lived in London, where the language barrier had made life more difficult. In Portugal, they felt more at home and wanted to capture that new beginning together. Their couple photoshoot in Lisbon took place at sunrise beside Belém Tower: a morning by the water to make photographs of this moment in their lives.

Sunrise portraits beside Belém Tower

They began with a walk across the stone paving, holding hands with the tower rising behind them. The collection moves between wide views of the waterfront and closer portraits of the two of them smiling together. Standing back to back, turning towards each other or pausing for a kiss, they brought plenty of variety to one setting. The early light gives the tower and water a soft backdrop throughout these photographs.

Smiles, embraces and playful lifts

Closer to the low waterfront ledge, they sat together, reached across to hold hands and laughed through playful lifts. There are quieter moments too: a hand resting on a shoulder, an embrace and a shared glance. A walk along a palm-lined path adds another setting to the collection. These photographs mark a personal change for them, with the two of them at the centre of the new life they were beginning in Portugal.
