Photoshoot at Prague’s National Museum

They met in Prague and made a life there together. A morning among museum steps and opera columns, in a style all their own.

Their shared adventure in Prague

Both from Venezuela, they had met in Prague and now both called the city home. They wanted photographs of their adventure together, choosing the National Museum and the nearby opera for a morning Prague couple photoshoot. Their outfits, carefully coordinated with each other and the historic buildings, gave the session a style all its own.

A ten o’clock meeting at the museum

The session began at ten in the morning. On this shoot, the buildings lay in shade with the sun on the other side, giving the portraits soft, even light. Against the carved stone, their cream, brown and checked clothing worked beautifully together. They walked past the fountain and paused beside the balustrades, then sat on the steps under the wooden doors. Wider photographs kept the museum architecture in view; closer frames picked out a smile, an embrace and the small moments between them.

Steps, stonework and a little movement

The museum offered a series of settings without needing to rush from place to place. The couple held hands on the broad staircase and walked along the patterned pavement, with ornate windows and long railings behind them. In the more open views, the full scale of the building became part of their portrait. Their coordinated outfits linked the different frames, while the changing distance brought variety to a session centred on the same two people.

A final stop by the opera

At the nearby opera, columns and the covered entrance created another backdrop. The couple stood close beneath the arcade, then made use of the steps for a few relaxed portraits. Together, the two locations became a way to mark their relationship in the city where it had begun.
