Newly married and building a life in Prague. A six-month anniversary celebrated with laughter, kisses and a little everyday city magic.

A new chapter in the city they shared

He was Turkish, she was Italian, and after meeting elsewhere they had moved to Prague to build a life together. Newly married and celebrating their six-month anniversary, they wanted photographs of this special time. Their couple shoot in Prague brought an infectious energy to Charles Bridge and Kampa: they both loved being in front of the camera.

All smiles on Charles Bridge

On the bridge, the couple leaned together beside the parapet, held hands beneath a street lamp and turned towards one another with broad smiles. The river and Prague rooftops gave the wider photographs a sense of place, while closer frames kept their playful connection at the centre. A checked wrap added another detail to the portraits around the bridge tower. They moved easily between an embrace, a kiss and a glance over the water, bringing their own pace to the familiar setting.

Steps, doorways and a passing tram

The session continued beside the bridge, where stone steps and an arched wooden doorway changed the backdrop. They walked hand in hand across the patterned pavement, sat together on a stone ledge and paused beneath a bridge arch. One sequence caught a kiss with a red tram passing behind them, a little piece of everyday Prague in their anniversary photographs. Their enthusiasm gave the series a mix of movement and closeness, with plenty of room for both.

Together by the river in Kampa

Beside the Vltava, the low brick wall became a place to sit, lean and hold each other. Charles Bridge stretched across the background as they laughed and kissed. These final portraits kept the celebration simple: two people enjoying the life they were making together, and a city that was becoming part of it.
