A Married Couple’s Budapest Photoshoot

Coordinated burgundy outfits, plenty of laughter and a little time together by Parliament and the yellow trams.

Still making time for photographs together

Already married and still completely in love, this lovely Indian couple brought so much energy and laughter to their shoot. They love taking photographs together, so being in front of the camera came naturally to them. We explored the Parliament area for their photoshoot in Budapest, mixing its beautiful architecture with the city’s yellow trams and plenty of their own playful personality.

Burgundy, pale stone and a beautiful Budapest backdrop

Their outfits looked lovely together: her flowing burgundy dress, his deep wine-coloured shirt and light trousers. Those rich colours stood out beautifully against Parliament’s pale stone and echoed the warmer tones in its roof. We made the most of the grand façade, flowerbeds and benches, moving between photographs with plenty of Budapest around them and closer portraits where the attention stayed on the two of them. The setting was impressive, but their easy connection gave the photographs their warmth.

Their coordinated colours looked beautiful against Parliament’s pale stone.

A little romance, a lot of fun

This shoot had such a lovely mix of romantic photographs and moments that felt playful and full of life. They were comfortable together in front of the camera, and there was plenty of room for that bubbly energy in the gallery. The benches gave us a relaxed setting, while the soft mist drifting across the square added a different feel to the photographs. Alongside the colour images, the black-and-white versions bring another mood to the same lovely collection.

A splash of yellow by the trams

Budapest’s iconic yellow trams brought another colour and a little movement into the photographs. We mixed the larger Parliament views with closer portraits beside the trams, letting their burgundy outfits stand out against the warm yellow background. It was a lovely way to capture both the city and this couple’s personalities. A reminder of how much fun it can be to keep making time for each other, even after saying “I do”.
