Two locations, two sides of their story

This young Indian couple wanted two different settings for their photographs in Prague. Alongside the grand architecture of the National Theatre, they chose a greener chapter in Charles Square Park. A couple photoshoot in Prague can hold both moods, and here the trees, flowerbeds and fountain gave their time together a softer setting. Their coordinated casual outfits kept the photographs feeling like them, wherever we stopped.

Greenery, flowers and a familiar Prague silhouette

We walked along the paths and stopped beside the fountain, with the branches of a willow and colourful flowers filling the edges of the photographs. The New Town Hall tower rises behind the trees, adding a recognisable piece of Prague to the park views.

There was plenty of variety within this small setting. We photographed the couple holding hands beside the water, embracing by the flowerbeds and walking close together beneath the trees. The wider frames show the park around them, while the closer portraits bring the attention back to their smiles.

A bench, a smile and a moment together

The benches gave us another lovely setting. Some photographs show them sitting close, with arms around each other; others look towards the fountain from behind their shared seat. We also made a playful portrait with a little distance between two separate benches.

Colour photographs keep the greens and flowers in the story, while black-and-white portraits draw attention to their expressions. A walk, a quiet embrace and a kiss beside the fountain became a collection of small moments in the city.

Another chapter at the National Theatre

The park was one part of their Prague photographs. They had also booked a shoot around the National Theatre, with its arches and passing trams. Together, the two settings gave them something different to remember: green paths and flowers in one collection, grand stonework and city scenes in the other.
