A little colour in the heart of Westminster

Big London landmarks and a wonderfully colourful dress made a great pairing for this couple’s photos. We photographed the two of them around Westminster Bridge and Victoria Tower Gardens, with Parliament, Big Ben and the London Eye giving the pictures a very London feel. Her flowing patterned dress brought flashes of blue, green and orange to the stonework and lawns, while his pale blue shirt fitted right in. There was plenty of room for both the famous views and a playful side to this London couple photoshoot.

London all around them

We had so much of Westminster around us here: the warm detail of Parliament, the green bridge railings and the open river, with the London Eye on the opposite bank. Their outfits looked beautiful amongst it all. Her dress added a splash of colour, and the soft blue of his shirt picked up the sky above the Thames. We made photographs with plenty of the city around them, alongside closer portraits that held on to their smiles. It gave this Travaya shoot a balance: unmistakably London, with the two of them at the heart of it.

Room for a little fun

Victoria Tower Gardens brought a softer setting to the same grand part of London. The lawns and leafy trees picked up the greens in her dress, and Victoria Tower still rose beautifully behind them. We photographed them together on the grass, with room for a turn, a playful lift and some wonderfully smiley portraits. Sitting together on the lawn gave us another side of the shoot, with the stone towers above and the greenery all around. The photographs keep that mix of Westminster’s grand surroundings and their own little moments together: the colour, the laughter and a very recognisable piece of London.
